MEDCO reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The modifications will be published on the various MEDCO platforms (websites, applications, etc.). You will be notified of any changes or revisions to our terms of use.
These general conditions are governed by the laws of the country concerned. Operating in two (2) states, Senegal and Guinea, each action will be subject to the laws of the country in which it was committed.

The parties agree to comply with such jurisdictions without any objection as to jurisdiction or venue.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the action occurs. Applicable laws may vary depending on the country where the user resides or where the action was committed. Any dispute will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the relevant country.
MEDCO is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of communications between Doctors and Patients on the platform. Data and information shared through the app is handled with the utmost care to ensure medical confidentiality.
MEDCO implements robust security measures to protect communications between Doctors and Patients. This includes advanced encryption protocols to ensure the security of data transmitted through the app.
Although MEDCO strives to ensure the security and privacy of communications, users are also responsible for taking appropriate precautions to protect their sensitive information. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and taking steps to secure their own access to the application.
Users are encouraged to report any suspected violations of communications privacy or security to MEDCO . The Platform will take appropriate steps to investigate such reports and take necessary steps to remedy the situation.

No Guarantee of Services: MEDCO does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or quality of the services provided by Doctors. Users acknowledge that the choice to interact with a particular Doctor is theirs, and MEDCO is not responsible for the outcome.
Disputes: Any dispute between Doctors and Patients must be resolved directly between the parties concerned, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts. MEDCO is not responsible for mediation or resolution of disputes. In the event of a dispute, our teams are at your disposal and will do their best to find a solution to your problem.
